  • Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev are being unjustly persecuted by the Russian Government for political reasons.
  • Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev’s trial was unfair and violated due process rights under both Russian and international law.
  • The Russian Government is in violation of the European Convention on Human Rights, of which Russia is a signatory.
  • Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev are political prisoners and should be freed immediately.
