About
The Committee to Free Khodorkovsky & Lebedev is a volunteer group of individuals organizing independently to raise awareness of human rights violations in Russia and call for the immediate release of Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev.
We believe that Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev are being unjustly persecuted by the Russian Government, and have the status of political prisoners. We believe their treatment is in violation of the European Convention on Human Rights, of which Russia is a signatory, as well as an affront to the rule of law and to the universal values to which every country in the world, including Russia, must adhere.
We welcome new members who declare support for the Committee’s objectives.
